General Information

REGISTRATION FEE

All Students will be charged a non-refundable $25.00 registration / annual gym fee.

  • This fee is good for one year or until you drop out of the program.

DROP PROCEDURE

A 30 DAY WRITTEN NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO DROP CLASS AND/OR TERMINATE AUTO BILLING.

  • Please note:  You are responsible for payment for your child’s classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR CHILD ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify us of your drop status. Please do not rely on your child to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending class.

MAKEUP POLICY

  • Class tuition is not based on attendance; it simply reserves your spot in the class.
  • No make-up classes will be offered. No refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays.

WHAT TO WEAR

Boys or Girls may wear tucked in t-shirts and shorts OR Leotards for Girls. NO chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up for the entire workout. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that cause discomfort while rolling or flipping. All tumbling students should have bare feet or cheer shoes during class. Personal items should be left in the viewing room or in a locker.

PERSONAL ITEMS

Jewelry should not be worn during gym class. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. The EXTREME Tumble & Cheer staff will not be responsible for any items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your child’s personal items are marked with their name. All items left in the gym without a name will be donated to a local charity organization the last week of each month.

ARRIVAL AND PICKUP

Be sure your child arrives 5-10 minutes before his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your child on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your child. Instruct your child to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. Our parking lot is very crowded. Please take into consideration that our “customers” are primarily young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your child running to and from your car.
 

COMMUNICATION

If you have concerns or questions, please notify the staff after class. Please refrain from communicating with your child during class. Any effort to get your child’s attention presents a distraction and safety hazard for your child and the group.
 

OUR FACILITY:

Our building is 4800 SF and Fully Air Conditioned. Equipment used to train our athletes include a Spring Floor, a Full Size Competition Cheer Floor, Air Track, Room with Mirrors for practicing: motions, dance and jumps, and a parent viewing area.

HOLIDAYS & Gym Closings

  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day (Teams may practice on this day)
  • Thanksgiving Break - Wednesday before Thanksgiving through Friday after Thanksgiving
  • Winter / Christmas Break will be announced the first week in December.
  • Spring Break (Exact Dates will be posted the first of March.
